Very interested in microneedling on my face neck and chest. Chest is worse problem area as it has a combination of acne and chicken pox scars. As I am a black woman I was wondering which would be the most effective at eliminating my dark marks? Photo for reference

Answer: Dark spots on face and chest? Englewood Cliffs New Jersey In my opinion, if your dark spots are flat without any signs of being raised or depressed, they are post inflammatory changes.
