I would also like fat transfer to the cheekbones to make them look higher as well. I would like the burring done to soften the bone curve of the forehead around the head as mine is quite wide and boxy. Photos 1 and 2 are the rough desired look and 3 are my current cheekbones
Answer: Yes Hair transplant surgery can narrow your forehead and even round out your hairline to distract from the "bony curve" and the prominent cheek bone you outlined on the photo. Fat transfers or dermal fillers can enhance your cheeks.

Answer: Framing Face with Hair Transplant Hair transplant can successfully bring the sides of your forehead in. That means you can make a wider than normal forehead narrower that in many cases can frame face better and makes your face look more youthful. Although framing the face with a hair transplant can make your face more proportional, I am not sure you can make the cheekbones appear higher only by this procedure. There are many other procedures that can help you contour your facial curves.

Answer: Hairline lowering There are two types of procedures for lowering a woman’s hairline. One, is a surgical excision of the upper forehead followed by the downward advancement of the hairline up to an inch from where it was prior to the surgery. To accomplish this, the entire scalp from the frontal hairline to the very back of the crown, is lifted up and pulled forward. When this is done by an experienced surgeon, the hairline can often be advanced about 2/3rd – 1 inch if there is enough looseness when this lifting process is done. This procedure is often complete in one surgical session; however, it may not address receded corners of the hairline if the corner recession is significant. A great advantage of this surgical approach is the immediate impact of the procedure on hairline location with healing usually complete in a week or so. Sometimes this procedure produces a scar in front of the hairline, and if this is this is the case, a hair transplant in front of the hairline can address the scar. If there is corner rounding that is not addressed by the surgical lowering, then hair transplants can address this very well. Hair transplants take 7-8 months to fully grow out. Burring down the bone requires a maxillofacial or plastic surgeon to review your situation and that type of doctor will do fat transfers if appropriate

Answer: Forehead narrowing Hair transplants in front of the temple hair can make a forehead lo narrower. Bony contouring is not done for this purpose in cases like yours. Fat transfer could be done to make the cheeks appear more prominent. Lowering of your central hairline could also help you attain the desired appearance.
