I’ve had my Gynecomastia surgery 1 year ago, the result made a quite difference in the appearance of my chest. However, my right nipple is slightly lower/looser than the left. My doctor refused to provide a revision surgery. Is it really true that nothing can be done in this case? The difference is quite clear.
Answer: Gynecomastia Revision Hello! Thank you for your question. I'm sorry to hear that you had that experience with your surgeon. Based on your photos, you appear to be a good candidate for a gynecomastia revision. During this surgery, the right nipple can be repositioned to match the left nipple. If you decide to pursue surgery, it’s very important that you find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person and tailor an individualized treatment plan for you and your aesthetic goals. Best of luck! Matthew A. DelMauro, M.D.

Answer: Revision Hello and thank you for your question and photo's. I am sorry to hear that he or she won't revise it for you . It can be revised by lifting the right nipple . I would look for a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.
