Confusing Ultherapy results. Is it normal to have dramatic results very quickly only to have it go back to normal again? (Photo)

sardun
I had ultherapy done on September 17th and it took a couple of weeks for the swelling to go down but the results were pretty dramatic. My jawline was noticeably thinner, and my tiny double chin had gone away. I was impressed that I saw results so quickly. Fast forward to today (10.27.14), a little over a month after my treatment and my face looks like it did before but maybe even worse. My jaws are puffy again and that annoying little double chin is back.
