I am planning to have my first Ultherapy in coming November for my wedding. My question is that if Ultherapy is safe enough over the moles (benign) as the treatment will be for my entire face and I noticed the treatment tip is too big to really avoid the moles anyway. I also had a thermage before, I was told that it would not affect my moles since it's not laser. Does this also apply to Ultherapy? Thank you for your advice!

It depends on how much weight you plan to lose. If you are going to lose 20 lbs or more, then you will alter the amount of fat in the neck and face. So lose the weight first. If it is only 10 lbs or so, it would not make a difference.
