I am a female 36yo had implant placed over 10 years and recently had a capsulectomy implant exchange all together. Right after I started developing TOS has not been diagnosed yet but systems point out to Neuro TOS. Would removing the implants help? Should I treat the TOS prior to implant removal? Feeling needle pain on chest constantly under implant and numbness of the arm along with clavicle displacement and shoulder blade and first rib pain as well.

There is probably no medical reason to remove the capsules. Her surgeon had and opportunity to visualize the capsules, and assuming everything was normal, including of fluid around the implants, there is more risk of complications with taking the capsules out, versus leaving them in.
Breast implants have not been associated with auto immune disease as of now, and there has been no suggestion at all that multiple sclerosis would be affected by implants. I wish you well with your difficult medical problem.
