it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

If your implants are large and heavy, they may be pulling too much on your neck, shoulder, and clavicles and you could be improved with removal or downsizing your implants. However, some with TOS must have part of the clavicle or rib removed for relief. Testing can be done to see what would be best for you.

There is no definitive yes or no if removing the implants would help your symptoms. I encourage you to begin by visiting your surgeon for an evaluation. She/He may be able to provide some direction for you since they are familiar with the details of your surgery and how you've been progressing through recovery.

Many years ago at the bookstore at the Boston University school of medicine there was a book for sale called "1000 medical abbreviations for your convenience and your patient's detriment".

I suggest you follow up with your plastic surgeon and also talk to your primary care doctor about getting a proper work up including referrals to the right providers.
