I have been researching getting a breast augmentation. I’m 19 and do not want saline. I read that it is in fact legal the FDA just doesn’t recommend but you can get them off label. However I recently called a plastic surgery center I was interested in and they said it’s illegal to do under the age of 21. Is this true and if so is it a state law because I’m willing to go out of state?
