One of my boobs is higher than the other. How can I fix this? (Photos)

Hello, thank you for your question. This commonly happens. No two breasts are exactly the same. Often we find once breast can sit up higher based on their hand dominance. So typically if you are right handed the right implant would sit higher. it activates the muscle on that side. So you can massage it down every now and then to help make it more similar.

This type of asymmetry can be effectively treated early with massage and a breast band across the top of the chest to apply gentle pressure to the top of the higher breast. You may discuss these conservative treatments with your surgeon. Mismatch is not major and is most effectively treated within the first 4-6 months, up to a year.

We are all asymmetrical to some degree. Was this asymmetry present before surgery? If so, augmentation will not correct it unless specifically addressed during surgery. More information and an exam is needed to help determine the cause.

You did not show nude photos, so I cannot be specific. Asymmetry can be related to several things, including uneven shoulder, uneven breast folds, and implants sitting to high.

Unclothed photos would aid immensely in evaluating your issues. It does appear that your right breast is higher with more upper pole fullness. Revision options would depend on a physical exam and measurements.

No acceptable nude posted photos so can not see if really asymmetrical? Maybe do virtual consults. Or in person second opinions with only private practice boarded PSs. Plus did you have previous surgery? When? what size? Where you asymmetrical previously?
