Answer: Rhinoplasty to improve shape... Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump could be taken down and the tip projected and supported to create a nice, straight nasal line from the side. The tip would be made smaller as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Answer: Tip plasty and hump reduction Hi from Istanbul! It appears that you have a wide, bulbous nasal tip. In your case, it is mostly about wide nasal tip cartilages which lay down too horizontally, making them look flat. Tip plasty will provide enough definition for a more refined, sharper look which will enhance your overall strong, masculine look. Also, you may consider a slight bump reduction, which would improve your profile. I would not recommend any other changes, it may cause an unnatural look. Best of luck!

Answer: Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a less distracting nasal appearance. Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin. You appear to have a wide nasal tip appearance with flaring nostrils, and on profile you appear to have a "polly beak." If you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
