Pretty straightforward full rhinoplasty. Either open or closed would work fine.,you just need to find the right surgeon
Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for rhinoplasty. The bump could be taken down and the tip projected and supported to create a nice, straight nasal line from the side. The tip would be made smaller as well. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo you have a serious deformation in your nose for get rid of this image and more natural look I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery. It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!
Hi from Istanbul! It appears that you have a wide, bulbous nasal tip. In your case, it is mostly about wide nasal tip cartilages which lay down too horizontally, making them look flat. Tip plasty will provide enough definition for a more refined, sharper look which will enhance your overall strong, masculine look. Also, you may consider a slight bump reduction, which would improve your profile. I would not recommend any other changes, it may cause an unnatural look. Best of luck!
Based on your photos, you appear to have relatively thin nasal skin. You appear to have a wide nasal tip appearance with flaring nostrils, and on profile you appear to have a "polly beak." If you are unhappy with the appearance of your nose, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialists who offer computer Imaging so you could see what might be best for you moving forward. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
In your case the tip is large and bulbous without definition. The profile is effected by the large dorsal hump. A rhinoplasty to bring down the hump and Tip-Plasty can reduce the size of the tip will change the whole look of the face. Tip-plasty is a great procedure to address a bulbous tip only and leave the rest of the nose alone. It can be accomplished through an open or closed approach. The goal is to refine the tip and make it smaller and smoother. In tips with strong cartilages but thin skin, all that is needed is removing some of the cartilage and softening the rest by gently crushing it (morselizing). In tips with thick skin and lot of soft tissue or fat, the excess fat and soft tissue is removed along with removing some of the cartilage.Click on the video link below.RegardsDr. J
You would benefit from a rhinoplasty/septoplasty. You will also need a tip refinement and augmentation as well.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hello, hope you are well. You have a significant dorsal hump that I would recommend reducing. This would create a straighter nose on the profile view. You may consider some other changes as well, but I would recommend an in-person consultation to help decide what approach to take.Best,Dr. Tower
There is no doubt that good rhinoplasty would create desired change. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, an expert in rhinoplasty, is recommended. Gods luck.
Hi! As you may know, the tongue-in-groove technique typically involves moving the tip cartilages upwards either onto your septum or onto a central graft. Without seeing the operative report, it's difficult to say what exactly was done but given the length of time since your initial surgery, I...
