Hi from Istanbul! It appears that you have a wide, bulbous nasal tip. In your case, it is mostly about wide nasal tip cartilages which lay down too horizontally, making them look flat. Tip plasty will provide enough definition for a more refined, sharper look which will enhance your overall strong, masculine look.
