I want a lot of small changes.. but I worry about looking unnatural and like I've had work done

I want a slight nose job, slight reduction of my brow, forehead reduction surgery, something to make my jaw smaller (jaw shave? Botox ?) and something to make my cheeks less chubby while my under eyes more full. Idk what procedure. But I feel like this is also too much work. But I've been so self conscious in these areas for years. I really really don't want to look overdone or done on at all... is the only way to avoid that is to avoid a lot of these procedures?
