Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo your wishes can be realized with a single operation. For get rid of this image I recommend you rhinoplasty surgery. It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!
This is a case where a Rhinoplasty combined with a Septoplasty would be the right answer to fix both the external appearance of your nose and the droopy tip.
The angle of your nose and upper lip is slightly less than 90 degrees. The ideal is 90 degrees and higher than 90 degrees you start looking feminine. You have a small dorsal hump that can be filed down easily. Unfortunately, you have not provided a frontal view to see if the nose is inclined to one side or the other.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Hi rhinoplasty can enhance both function and appearance of the nose.It is better for you to consult with a facial plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss the surgical procedure and the post op recovery process.
Your photo and the morphed images all look reasonable to be achieved with a surgical rhinoplasty. A consultation with a qualified plastic surgeon would be the best option to achieve your goals.
Downturned, crooked nose: A drooping or down turned nasal tip and dorsal hump are two of the most common factors that are addressed in a routine rhinoplasty. When a nose is crooked, it is due either to trauma to the nasal bones, or a deviated septum. This can be addressed along with the other issues. If it is the septum that is causing the nose to be crooked, which is the most common, the procedure would be called a Septo rhinoplasty. This is a very commonly performed procedure.
What you describe is possible through rhinoplasty surgery. I personally feel the morphed pictures, look feminine and or inappropriate.Different people will have different opinions. It is definitely possible to raise the tip of the nose, but this is usually associated with a more feminine appearance.Best,Mats Hagstrom, MD
Based on these photos and short of in-person evaluation, rhinoplasty seem to be an obvious choice. It is possible that open forehead contouring could create visible improvement as well. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in these surgeries would help....
Thank you for your query. You do have some asymmetry of the nose and a deviated nasal septum. These can both be treated with a septo-rhinoplasty. In addition, the soft tissue asymmetry can be improved with fillers or autologous fat. Use of 3- D photography and morphing can be very helpful in...
I see what you're talking about, that the upper part of the bridge looks narrow compared to the lower part of the bridge. Can't tell for sure just from photos, but it seems it might be the size and position of the two cartilages that form the tip. They extend up to where it's wide on your...
Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can understand from your question the rhinoplasty operation I can recommend to you is both safer and it is more possible to achieve the desired result with rhinoplasty. It would be better face to face consultation.Best regards!
Great question and the truth is there is often a marked difference between 6 months and 12 months post surgery particularly on frontal view with narrowing. Taking standardized photos is the best way to fully appreciate these changes and can typically be done during each visit with your surgeon....
Hi from Istanbul! You seem to be an ideal candidate for rhinoplasty. By straightening the nasal bones with osteotomies, reducing the dorsal hump, and refining the tip with a tip plasty to address the droopy and bulbous tip, an aesthetically pleasing and natural-looking nose can be sculpted. I...
