I took a blow to the my nose last night and it immediately looked dented. I didn't think it was broken but I'm not sure what else could cause the dent. The following morning it does not appear dented but it is swollen and very sore. I'm worried that once the swelling goes down the dent will reappear? Does this look like it will require surgery? First 2 photos are immediately after and the last ones are from the next morning.

Based on these photos and short of in-person evaluation, rhinoplasty seem to be an obvious choice. It is possible that open forehead contouring could create visible improvement as well. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in these surgeries would help....
