I’m 8 months po from a breast lift w/exchange of implants and I’m not happy with my results. My surgeon says that it looks good but I don’t think it does. Nipples look like googly eyes. the left is a lot lower, and there's no bottom fold. I measured the distance between the bottom of my areola and the fold and the left is almost 4in while the right is 2.5in- Would I need a revision to correct? am I being picky? I also do feel a little pressure pulling on my left breast when I take off bra.

You have drop out on the side of the higher nipple. Your surgeon is gaslighting you. Regardless of cost, your surgeon shouldn't be doing your revision; dishonesty should be a dealbreaker.

Your implants are a little large for your frame and tissue and one side has bottomed out from the weight. I would suggest going smaller and tightening the pocket on the lower side. You might need mesh. With smaller implants, there is less weight and a lower chance of bottoming out again.

Although your result is fair, the asymmetries that you describe are certainly there.  At 8 months the majority of implant settling has likely occurred, but you might want to wait another 3-4 before definitively  declaring that.  The disadvantage that we are at is not having your pre-operative photos available, reason for exchange, breast implant sizes, type of lift, and extent of capsule work, if any.  I.e. was any of this asymmetry present before?  A revision would be required to correct it if it persists.  Good luck!
