54 year old with 30 plus year old smooth silicone implants with a possible rupture under muscle. I have heard and seen the best results in photos from the J incisions versus other types based on my attached photos what are chances of being able to do the J incisions versus other methods

Answer: Breast Lift Seeing a board certified/eligible plastic surgery would be the best option to do an exam and speak to you in depth about your surgical goals. Things to consider is if you want to completely remove the implants and undergo a lift at the same time or if you plan to get new implants. If you would like new implants, would you be keeping the same size or going bigger or smaller. If you remove your breast implants completely there would be slightly more excess skin that could need more skin tightening (i.e. an anchor scar). If you keep your implant the same then less of a lift would be needed, although a small anchor scar still might give a better result. A consultation would be needed to better evaluate the amount of skin laxity and talk to you more about your goals.
