I got my implants under muscules removed 8 months ago and my chest muscles now roll up very high above my breasts. My chest muscle is shrunk very small and I have a slump under my armpit. I am definitely wanting to get implants in the future under muscule again, but want to know if I need to repair muscles first or if it can be pulled down and stay over a small implant again??
