Hello @saguilar148, thank you for your question. The pectoralis muscle generally has the ability to return to its condition in a short time. I suggest a breast reconstruction to repositioning of the tissues, and if the capsules were not removed, explant them as well. In this way, you would achieve an aesthetic result and if you want to have a little more volume a breast fat transfer would be another option after the explant. Due to the experience of so many explantation surgeries practiced in these 21 years I consider that the L-shaped incision is the minimum and smallest scar possible in this surgery. Your muscle should have been re-attached when the implants were removed. It isn't likely now that you could have under muscle implants and muscle repair at the same time. I would do the muscle repair then consider using the split muscle plane rather than dual plane as you have now, so you don't get animation deformity again.

Hola cirugia de correccion en su caso sería utilizar dermis de donador de cadaver combinado con el implante de mama y utilizar el músculo remanente para darle cubierta adecuada al implante y el resultado mejore en forma satisfactoria.
