Took hot shower and massaged lotion into face afterwards, immediately it started to feel/look like lip filler migrated - advice?

So i started to panic and massaged my face more because I saw my face swell and I feel a spreading numbness. Abt 2 hours i felt the same thing in my neck & my arms. Then started to feel in my torso. Im still swollen 12 hrs later & my skin feels so weird. It been 5 mo after getting 0.5 s of Restylane kysse in my lips. I probably sound deluded but i rlly need help - When I try to touch certain bones, I cant feel the pressure of my finger as much and my skin has a weird elasticity to it. Help.
