Forehead reduction - Ideal forehead measurement for girls?

Hello, I am considering forehead reduction surgery due videos i see on Instagram, and i have a question. It is often said that the ideal female forehead should measure 5.5–6 cm, but I am a very tall girl (180 cm), and naturally everything about me is larger — not only my face, but my head, bone structure, and overall body — compared to a very petite girl. My face measures 21 cm: Chin to base of nose: 7 cm Base of nose to brows: 6.5 cm Brows to hairline: 6.5 cm If a girl who is 152 cm tall has a smaller head and smaller facial thirds than me, why should my forehead measure the same as hers? Is 5.5–6 cm mandatory for femininity, or is individual proportion what truly matter?

Although I am not a hair graft specialists it looks that hair grafts would do better job than scar excision. You should advance the hairline further. Hope this helps.
