It wasn’t the standard “oh one is slightly bigger than the other.” No, there was a significant difference. Looking back now from where I came from, I get emotional. He told me no matter what, I am a woman. Went the extra mile to just be a good, genuine person and to listen, which isnt something you see often with people in this field these days. From the very first visit he made sure to communicate with me on every step, he took great care of me during as well as after the procedure was finished. This really helped me see what I’ve always wanted. He completely reconstructed my breasts and now when I look in the mirror, I see what I’ve always wanted to see. Which had led to me healing a lot of other confidence issues I didn’t know stemmed from this issue. I was looking for my doctor to be primarily board certified and have experience with bariatric patients. After consulting more than 6 well-known surgeons in Tijuana, I decided to have surgery with Dr. Porras. From the first contact with his office I could tell the difference between the offices and the staff of the other surgeons. The friendly treatment from the beginning, there was no HIPAA breach with my personal information like with one of the other offices, every question I had was always answered kindly and promptly, I didn't have to wait weeks for a quote or an answer. In my first in-person consultation I had with Dr. Porras I knew that I had found my surgeon and that I didn't have to look any further, Dr. Porras made me feel so comfortable. He is a well experienced plastic surgeon with impeccable bedside manners, he was very kind and patient with me.Thanks to his professional advice and the fact that I followed his recommendation, I got the results I wanted without putting my health at risk. I did not have any complications during or after the surgery and my recovery was super smooth. Some girls in the recovery house I stayed in after surgery could barely move due to the pain and weakness because of how aggressive their surgeons were. They were surprised to find out that we had the same post op time and that I had also had the same procedures as them and did not have any pain or mobility problems. My experience with Dr. Oscar Porras has been amazing! I got a lipo and BBL with another surgeon in 2014 and later on another lipo in 2021 but I wasn’t happy at all with my results because I had a lot of fibrosis in the abdominal area. I had the consultation with Dr. Oscar Porras and he suggested that the best option to fix all my imperfections was to get a circular tummy tuck with lipo and bbl. Everything went well after the procedure but he wasn’t able to do as much lipo in the area since it was too damaged already, the results of my tummy tuck and bbl are excellent and couldn’t be happier! I'm so happy that I can wear all my favorite clothes again! Thank you Dr. Oscar Porras!

It has been almost a year since my breast augmentation (315cc polytech implants) and i could not be any happier! no pain since day one , doctor Porras takes care of you since the very first minute. At the very begining you would notice some bruises that will shortly dissapear , follow your post op medication and recommendations.

Hi, I'm 20, I weight 118lbs and mesure 5'1. I'm the mom of a beautiful 2.5 years old that I breastfed for 20months. So, yes, my boobs are ruined. I went to consultations etc. So I know exactly what I'm going for ; Inverted T lift 400cc to 450cc - round smooth cohesive silicone implants Under the muscle Moderate profil My rib cage is not super flat, its more "round". So I know I dont need a really high profil and/or big implants. And Internal bra I got quote around 20 000 in Canada by some doctors. 20 000$!!! They are amazing doctors (good education, experience etc) But I started being curious about going to another country... Because, I know it's less expensive and some PS are just a good or even better. I was really self conscious about my breast.. they were saggy, empty…I've done so much research to find Dr.Porras and this has been the best experience ever. I started talking to Jessica, she's a patient coordinator. She's guided me through everything from start to end. She gave me really good advice on what to do and what not, so that I can be prepared for the surgery.I've had a video consultation with the Dr. (because I'm from Canada) and he explained everything to me, gave me a quote etc. He really took his time to answer every question I had. I booked with Dr.Porras after a couple weeks of reflexion. Surgery date was February 19. I went to Tijuana on February 17 to meet him and his team. I tried implants to figure the size and get measured. We decided on 450cc with a donut lift and fat transfer to create a beautiful cleavage.February 18 : I got my labs and EKG done and they called me 2h after to give me the results! I was good to go!February 19 : We went at the hospital at 6am. The nurses took really good care of me and were sooo patient with me. I do not speak Spanish but we figured a way to understand each other without any problems ! Around 8am was my surgery. Everything went perfect. My boobs look AMAZING. I'm in love. Hello, I would like to share my experience with Dr. Oscar Porras, he is such a caring nice person, I did my researches about him, he is a Board certified plastic surgeon and safety is my priority, I had sleeve surgery 4 years ago and Dr. Porras have a lot experience with bariatric patients, he is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and believe me the day at met him I had a note book with 20 questions he was very patient and answered every single one!! It's been a year since my surgery (lipo 360 bbl and lower body lift) and he still keep follow ups with me to check up my progress results, let me tell you Dr. Porras have amazing magic hands and his work delivered the results I was looking for..
