Once you are ready to fix them, you will need a total capsulectomy, with replacement of the implants and mesh to hold them into proper position. At the completion of the replacement, a revision lift can be performed. Post surgical taping will help with making your scars look better, possibly significantly.

Two problems . Your implants are too high and your nipples too low. You can have this corrected but there’s a good possibility it would need to be done in stages for the best result.
