I have had my implants in for a little over 1.5 years. Silicone, under muscle with a incision inder breast fold. About 2 weeks ago in my sleep i rolled over onto my stomach and felt a sharp pain in my right breast. Since then its felt tight, sore and swollen up top. Last night i noticed it changed shape slightly smaller and "high profile looking" Could it be capsular contracture?
