Hi, thank you for sharing your question. Your photo appears to show drooping which cannot be corrected with implants alone. You will require a lift in order to have the best results. I hope this helps.
The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
Dear Hepburnn, determining whether you need simply a breast augmentation versus a breast lift can be somewhat complicated. It depends on a number of factors including skin laxity and current nipple position. Generally speaking, if the nipples are lower than the inframammary line the patient will most likely need a breast lift. If the nipples are at or above the inframammary line we can generally get by with just a breast augmentation depending on the size of the implant the patient wants. I often still using implant when I perform a breast lift because it provides more upper breast fullness after the lift. To be sure a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon will help determine what the patient actually needs.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Although your one photo does not give a full view of your breasts, you are sagging. You can just go with implants placed behind the breast, but will have larger and still sagging breasts.
Hello and thanks for your questions. The pictures that you sent are no enough for doing the complete and accurate assessment. They were taken very close angels but as far as It can be understood from your photos, you need to have breast uplift procedure together with the implants since you have sagging breast tissue. I strongly suggested you to have a consultation with board certified surgeon.
Hi, thank you for your question and photos. The answer to your question is yes. Augmentation is possible without lifting when implants are placed over the muscles however; only augmentation is not enough to correct the shape of your breasts. It looks like you have uneven breasts. Implants will...
After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully...
Your have your heart set on implants,I would recommend a subglandular smooth round silicone gel implant in you. I would also recommend performing a lift procedure at the same time.In fact I would probably recommend first used to have an auto augmentation procedure where your breast is lifted and...
