Can breast augmentation make you look curvier or pudgier?

Your concern is why it is important to have your surgery performed by an experienced board certified plastic surgeon. During a consultation your surgeon will discuss your desired look and help you select implants to help you achieve this. She/He will also take into consideration if the implant will be harmonious with your frame. Those for example who are short waisted or those with a more square body may look overpowered by large implants. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, if interested, and they choose what looks right for them. It would be easier to answer with photos but yes and yes. It depends on body types, but usually shorter patients with a square body type need to be careful with implants size. Going too big can mega them look pudgier.
