I'm interested in breast implants. Do you have any suggestions on material (silicone or saline), size, shape or profile? Should I include a lift with my surgery?
Answer: Any suggestions on implant material, size, shape or profile for me? Should I include a lift? Thank you for your pictures and questions. No doubt that you should concentrate on a lift as your primary concern. And I would recommend you consider staging your procedure with a lift first and then consider implants later as a second stage if desired. First concentrate on shaping the breasts, correcting asymmetry, and fixing drooping. Then 3-6 months later, once everything is healed and settled, you can then size yourself for an implant. This is the best way to get the most predictable and consistent results in patients who need an aggressive lift and an implant. There may be surgeons out there who would suggest doing it together and it is certainly an option, but even those surgeons should be willing to admit that a combination procedure in a case such as yours carries a higher risk of complications and poor outcomes. Answer: Smooth round silicone gel implants Or an auto augmentation Your have your heart set on implants,I would recommend a subglandular smooth round silicone gel implant in you. I would also recommend performing a lift procedure at the same time.In fact I would probably recommend first used to have an auto augmentation procedure where your breast is lifted and extra tissue that you have is moved to a different portion in your breasts which can give you an augmented look without an actual implant. This can be done and you can be allowed to heal, and then if he still wanted to implant this would be an easy surgery to perform down the road

Answer: Choosing the right size and profile breast implants for you; Lift?- In person evaluation is needed I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants, and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Implant selection From your photos it appears you are a good candidate for breast augmentation and a breast lift. This will give you more volume, lift the position of the nipple, and improve the asymmetry. Implant size and style will depend on your measurements and goals for surgery. I've included a video I hope you find helpful.

Answer: Breasts Yes, you need a lift. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon, being measured and examined, and trying on the range of sizes that best fits your frame and tissue. Then, you can actually see what you like.
