Answer: Fat grafting to thighs I would say the majority of my BBL procedures includes grafting some fat to the hips and or thighs. It just depends what each person needs for women the goal is generally to establish a smooth even S-curve from the knees to the shoulders. The amount of increased volume possible is directly related to her most host tissue is on the thigh already. For those who are very thin layers of fat on the moderate amount of increase can be obtained with a single round of fat transfer. this is the first limitation. The second limitation is the amount of fat available for grafting. doing a BBL with circumferencial thighs were use a lot of fat and depending on your body shape and weight this may or may not be feasible. Posting pictures would allow us to make an assessment. Otherwise you’ll simply need to consult with local plastic surgeons to see what each of them has to say. Women with very thin thighs will have a modest increase with a single round of fat transfer. Thicker thighs are easier to graft because they have more post tissue to support grafted fat. Answer: BBL Hello, and thank you for your question. Your doctor will have to evaluate you in person to see what would be suitable for your figure. I don't typically fat graft fat into thighs but it can be done if you want it to match the buttock. Please see a board-certified physician for your consultation. Best of luck to you!
