Thanks for your question. From your pictures, you seem to be a good candidate for the BBL. The BBL includes 360 lipo, which is lipo of the upper and lower abdomen, the upper and lower back and the flanks. In addition, if you do not have enough fat in these areas, liposuction can be performed in many other areas of the body for fat transfer to the buttocks, such as the upper arms, chin, etc. Depending on your desired results, you may be asked to gain some weight. I recommend you schedule a consult for a proper evaluation. Make sure the surgeon you choose has extensive experience with BBLs and clean credentials. I have had great success with BBLs for thinner (your BMI is 23) women, but these surgeries are not easy. Maximal fat must be harvested without creating any contour deformities. If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced with liposuction to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and facial integrity has remained the same. Schedule an email, Skype, or in-office consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in thin patients.

Hi, thank you for sharing your question. You are a great candidate for 360 Lipo with fat transfer to your hips and buttocks. You will be able to achieve a flat stomach with a “snatched” waistline. The size of your buttocks after surgery depends on how much fat you have to donate. Sculptra is a good alternative or adjunct to fat grafting. I hope this helps.

based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Thanks for the posting and great posted photos. In my practice you would be a great candidate for a "skinny BBL" + at same time injection of vials of Sculptra (either 20 or 40 vials). That is called a composite BBL. Fees if no Sculptra $6,500; adding 20 vials $12,500; adding 40 vialds $18,500.
This gives you an idea.

Based on the information provided you have enough fat for a BBL. If treating your torso is insufficient then other areas can be included for the purpose of harvesting fat like arms or inner thighs.

There are multiple variables that determine what someone’s body looks like and fat distribution it’s only one of them.

Each individual persons body shape is primarily determined by musculoskeletal structure though fat does play a role in fat manipulation can have a substantial impact.

I suggest consulting with local board-certified plastic surgeons in your community to get a more accurate assessment and better understanding of what can and cannot be accomplished. Delivering consistent liposuction and fat transfer results is more difficult than people think and finding the most experienced and talented provider is an important step in getting the results you’re hoping for.
