Hello, I’m 5’2 and 107 pounds. Prior to surgery, I was a B and a C. I got 475cc on my smaller breast. I had a really good surgeon ( Dr. Revis ) and have had zero issues or back pain. I like my breasts but now want bigger. So I’m just wondering, since I have had no back pain at all with 475cc, is it safe to assume I’ll have no back pain with 800cc either? Just 325cc more. It’s silicone by the way.
Answer: Breast Augmentation Thank you for your question. There is no guarantee that with another breast implant procedure you will not experience any discomfort. Keep in mind that a larger volume implant is a higher weight and thus gravity will have a great impact on your natural breasts with potential back pain as a side effect. I recommend speaking with your plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns.

Answer: Implants Don't go bigger. What you have looks good now and hopefully will for a while. Going bigger will be too large and heavy for your frame tissue. You will have neck and shoulder pain from the excess weight, and will sag because of the weight. What breast tissue you now have will be stretched very thin and you will just have two large balls on your chest. Please don't go bigger.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear strivingtobeperfect, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals. Answer: 5’2 & 107lbs - have 475cc & want 800cc. Is it possible that I don’t get back pain? (Photos) A full consultation and discussion would be necessary. You may be able to tolerate the larger implants and not have back pain now, but i suspect the volume will be problematic for you in the future.
