I had my implants replaced with silicone implants less then a year ago. I woke up one morning after sleeping on my side to pain in my breast which turned in to some swelling. After a few days it went away and everything seemed back to normal. Fast forward to a month or so later the same thing happened. I have pain and swelling in one breast after sleeping on my side. Are these signs of capsular contraction? Can symptoms of that come and go???
