Uneven results 11 months dual plane via inframammary crease - what's the issue? (Photos)

Your asymmetry is at least partially due to the uneven size and shape before surgery. You could get a revision but I’m not sure what would be done. I think you’re better off leaving them alone. It’s a perfectly fine result.

Thank-you for your query. Based on your photographs and history , it appears that you have some capsular contracture on the left side. While minor degrees of contractures are very common, these can be progressive and you should discuss your concerns with your Plastic surgeon. For minor degrees of contractures and asymmetries, I have found, autologous fat grafting very helpful. You can discuss different options with your surgeon who can help you. All the best!

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

You probably have developed a capsule around your firmer breast. Sometimes this can be released with external ultrasound and using Accolate. Please go back to your surgeon.
