If the prosthesis is on the subglandular plane, you need surgery to make a new pocket with a dual plane and insert a new prosthesis, and if the first operation is dual plane, you need surgery to narrow the existing pocket. As the tissue has become thinner, prosthesis boundaries are visible and ripening is also present, and to compensate for this, it is better to perform fat transplantation at the same time.

Thank you for your query. The inferior edge of the implant maybe palpable if it has been put with a sub-mammary or dual plane technique. The moving of the implant may also be related to the technique and the formation of some contracture, which is very common. Your pocket could be tightened to lessen the movement. Your implants may be a little too heavy for your tissue. If this happens again, go down in size.
