As a surgeon who does mini BBL’s frequently but is more a proponent of doing sculpting liposuction and avoiding BBL’s if you can i think that doing good core liposuction can significantly improve the contours of your but and give you great profile. Now sometimes if the projection of your butt is your main concern, the only way to really improve that is with a BBL. Anything else, would have great improvement with liposuction only.

Liposuctioning under or near the gluteal fold can be very risky and actually drop the gluteal crease, leading to a 'fallen' buttock look. However, lateral thigh lipo can alter proportions and make your buttocks potentially 'pop' more.

If you liposuct the posterior thigh right near the buttocks crease, often times the buttocks will fall down and you will be dissatisfied. I would need photographs without clothing to give you a more accurate answer.

You need to post photos actually showing nude thighs since your garment is compressive. Usually, liposuction in the thigh areas makes the buttock look larger.
