It's too early to make value judgments with 2 weeks after a rhinoplasty.Swelling after a rhinoplasty depends of the surgery complexity.In this regard, the nasal swelling Post-op It can last from two weeks to two months.To reduce this swelling, I recommend you perform delicates daily lymphatic drainage massage therapy over the face (around the nose) avoid sun exposure, and take pain/inflamation pills, as your surgeron precribe you.Kind regards, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-  

This is a common observation after rhinoplasty. It generally takes a couple of months to get better. There is not much you can do to speed it up, just give it time. Good luck

YES, allow the normal healing process t  proceed! After 30 days the lip should appear within normal ranges. Why have you Not asked your operative surgeon this postoperative question?

Your body is going to heal at its own rate. Stay away from high inflammation foods like sugar and processed foods. Drink lots of water. And get enough sleep. Also, a lot can change in 2 weeks.Kindly,Kouros Azar
