Ultherapy is a non-surgical skin tightening procedure that uses ultrasound energy to heat the underlying dermal structure. The controlled heating constricts tissue to create firming on the skin’s surface. At the same time, the procedure boosts the body’s collagen production to create additional support over the long term. Morpheus 8 is a similar device that uses radiofrequency energy rather than ultrasound energy to heat the dermal layers. In my office, we use ThermiTight, which offers excellent results with radiofrequency heating. 
If you are looking for a non-surgical skin tightening treatment, my advice is to first find a board-certified dermatologist with expertise and experience in this area. Through careful, in-person assessment and a detailed discussion of your aesthetic goals, your doctor should be able to design a treatment program tailored to your precise needs and the results you hope to achieve.

Ultherapy uses ultrasound to produce heat which is used to tighten tissue.  Morpheus 8 is a radio frequency device, so the heat is created with radio frequency rather than ultrasound.  Both devices are used to help produce tissue tightening.

Ulthera is an ultrasound based technology FDA cleared to lift the skin.  It uses ultrasound energy to visualize the tissue and stimulate collagen within the muscle and dermal tissues of the skin.  It does not penetrate the skin.  Therefore, it has a minimal downtime.  Results are shown to last up to 2 years.Morpheus uses a combination of microneedling and radiofrequency to stimulate collagen.  This procedure may have a downtime due to the microneedling.  Often, patients benefit from a series of Morpheus treatments for ideal results.  In our practice, Morpheus can be combined with surgical treatments of the face and body to achieve even more significant results.

Don't bother wasting your money on ultherapy since most of the time it isn't going to do anything. Morpheus8 works on everyone and is so effective especially if you get PRP with it.
