Thermismooth vs. Thermage CPT: Which treatment is more effective for eye area?

Hi, I am considering Thermismooth vs. Thermage CPT for slightly lax skin around the eye area. Which is considered more effective? Which treatment requires less appointments? Pain is not a concern, simply effectiveness and the ability to save time in going to many appointments. Thank you
