Thank you for your questions. Without some photos or an evaluation, this is a very hard question to answer. The bottom line is that fillers can be used around the nasal ala to correct some asymmetry and shape the nose. However, this is a very high-risk area to inject and should only be done by the right people. In addition, non-surgical results are often minimal and temporary when compared with surgical intervention.
