I had done rhinoplasty in Colombia a month ago, I’m not happy with the tip of my nose, it look very very high (piggy look) and the nostrils are uneven, I don’t want to do surgery again, anyways for that I would have to wait at least a year, is there any non surgical solution to my problem?

Answer: Rhinoplasty 1 Month Ago Since Rhinoplasty takes at least 1 year for inflammation to settle, the best approach right now is to be patient. Specifically avoid fillers/ injectables which will not be a long term fix and may compromise your healing. Please see a Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon experienced and competent in Rhinoplasty who makes Rhinoplasty a feature of his/her practice. Good luck.

Answer: Non Surgical Nosejob Candidate-- with Fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
