Is it possible to fix uneven pig-like nostrils with a non surgical nose job after rhinoplasty?

Thank you for your questions. Without some photos or an evaluation, this is a very hard question to answer. The bottom line is that fillers can be used around the nasal ala to correct some asymmetry and shape the nose. However, this is a very high-risk area to inject and should only be done by the right people. In addition, non-surgical results are often minimal and temporary when compared with surgical intervention. Make sure you are seeing plastic surgeons who are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to evaluate your concerns and discuss your options.Best of luck!Dallas R. Hi. Non surgical nosejob can potentially help with symmetry. However, your surgery was very recent. It's best to be patient and wait for the final result to settle before revision.  

Since Rhinoplasty takes at least 1 year for inflammation to settle, the best approach right now is to be patient.  Specifically avoid fillers/ injectables which will not be a long term fix and may compromise your healing.  Please see a Facial Plastic Surgeon or Plastic Surgeon experienced and competent in Rhinoplasty who makes Rhinoplasty a feature of his/her practice.  Good luck.  

I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. Surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

One month after surgery is a very early stage for recovering from a rhinoplasty operation. Your nose will change in the following months and the aspects of it that you currently don't like may change as well. It is also important to wait and let the nose heal after surgery before attempting non-surgical touch ups or a revision a surgery. So a bit of patience is needed before making a decision. You should keep in close contact with your surgeon and express your concerns.

Fillers can be attempted in the nostril area to even out asymmetrical nostrils, but I would expect modest results.
