Liposuction of the calves/ankles need to be done by only the very best when it comes to liposculpting. Be sure your doc does it under tumescent local with the very small micro canulas ( not under general or laser ).  Your doc should stand you up and have you turn in all positions during the procedure to fine tune the results. It is very time consuming but so worth it. All docs do liposuction but seek out the few of us who really specialize in it. It is worth traveling for quality results.

browsing999.  The most important factor regarding your liposuction procedure is your surgeon and his or her skill and experience, NOT the type of liposuction machine being used! There are lots of slick ads promoting different machines promising to shrink skin and remote stretch marks and cellulite. However, buyer beware, as there are no reputable scientific studies demonstrating superiority of these machines over traditional liposuction machines! Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to give yourself the best chance for the result you desire. Good luck!
