Can Tegaderm be used lipo wounds?

I have some Tegaderm sheets I use sometimes for tattoo healing. Can I use these over my lipo wounds as they drain/heal after BBL? (Instead of absorbent pads) My Dr does not install drains.

Pita4435.   Recovery from liposuction of just one area is not too difficult and you should be able to carry your toddler a week after the surgery. However discuss all aspects of recovery with your board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck.

At 6 weeks out you certainly still have swelling, and from your photos you can see how the swelling improves every week.    In my opinion, time is the only thing that is going to make it better.   You can wear as much compression as you want, but I do not believe it will change...

3 months should be enough time for additional surgery, an in person consultation would be best with a board certified PS for a proper evaluation.

Liposuction can be done anytime on healthy patients. If you have been dieting and exercising and are at a plateau, then lipo will be great to do now and help get you going again.
