Can anything be done to reverse Sculptra?

You do not look masculine. Sculptra cannot be reversed. Get a second opinion, but only through a formal consultation can real options be discussed.Best wishes, Dr. ALDO 

I do not see what you see.  you look completely feminine but full.  This is likely the 15 lbs you need/want to lose and i suggest diet/exercise at this point.  I do some of the most sculptra in the country and treat numerous transgenders and i do not see the the issues you are describing.  Please post before photos. Best, Dr. Emer.

I am sorry to hear about your situation. I have been using Sculpta for over 10 years and have never experienced or heard about someone complaining that the product worked so well that it created visible augmentation to the point of mascularizing your face. You didn't state how long ago the treatments were nor how many bottles were used. Although your photo doesn't really look masculine you are obviously disturbed by the result. You mentioned that a nurse injected you. Was it done at a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist office? Can you be sure that it was Sculptra and not some synthetic material like silicone? If the product was spread over wide areas than there is very little that you can do at this point. A short course of steroids by mouth( Medro Dose Pack) may help but I dont think it is wise to have steroid injections into your face. The good news is that if it was Sculptra the result should pretty much disappear in 18 months time. Again sorry, but hang in there!
