A couple months post op and regret alar base reduction. Though my surgeon was great, I think my thick skin is to blame for unsatisfactory results. 4mm from each side, also tip + bridge augment w/ septal cartilage as well. Though flare is gone from base, it looks too pinched inwards now and unnatural because I have thick alar wings. Went from triangle nose to circle nose. If I get revision next year, how can I get triangular shape back in my nose? Nasal wing reduction or more bridge augment?
