my left side of my nose (which is your right on the photo) has a funny nostril which was pre existing problem , it is wider(meatier/hangs more /curves in more) slightly on the inside just where it meets the base/cheek! Would this be minor to trim? Also PLEASE let me know what swelling will be like, will it only be swallown on that alar side? Will my nose tip swell and be hard like the first op (had slight bump shaved)?

and non corrigible, though palliative treatment can be applied... I hope you get realistic expectation and you don't become obsessive; viewing the images you need a presential examination by a very very good revision rhinoplasty surgeon, do your best to find him

There are some techniques, non of which I think would make it perfect. One would not want to scar such a great face with wonderful skin.
