1 yr post op alarplasty only on one side. I understand asymmetry is normal/limited. Would this be minor to trim? (photo)

my left side of my nose (which is your right on the photo) has a funny nostril which was pre existing problem , it is wider(meatier/hangs more /curves in more) slightly on the inside just where it meets the base/cheek! Would this be minor to trim? Also PLEASE let me know what swelling will be like, will it only be swallown on that alar side? Will my nose tip swell and be hard like the first op (had slight bump shaved)?
