Alarplasty type of incisions? (photo)

Hi :) I want an alarplasty but I am confused about what the type of incision I want is called. I have seen alarplasty used for a few different procedures. But anyway I want the one specifically where the cut is removing a piece of the nostril at the base of the nose instead of on the side. I think the side cut is more for flare and does not actually narrow the nose and it usually leads to oddly shaped nostrils in most cases. I don't usually see anyone doing this.

It is not a bad idea to massage the nose, as long you don't over do it. Naturally you must do this after everything has healed. I would bring up this question to the attention of your plastic surgeon.
