i had an alarplasty before and the curvature of my nostrils was flattened and retracted and just messed up. i have to get it corrected with some alar rim graft. i notice my nostrils are really tight from the hardened scar tissue and its been four months out. would it be a bad idea for me to "stretch" the scar tissue by pulling outwards to loosen or keep it more flexible so that when i get the revision it will be easier to manipulate?

You should not have any change in breathing after alarplasty. If you are reducing the size of your nostrils this could affect your breathing. Sincerely,
