Is my nose asymmetrical?

Any difference in the size or shape of the nose from one side to the other is considered asymmetry. From the photos, there doesn't appear to be apparent asymmetry. The nose is made up of bone, with paired cartilages on the sides below the bone and paired cartilages forming the tip of the nose. Asymmetry can occur with or without trauma. The cartilages are somewhat flexible and can move some side to side and vertically. This is normal. Share your concerns with your physician, and if necessary, they can refer you to a specialist in nasal surgery to completely evaluate all of the nasal structures and correct any that are abnormal or any that you desire to be modified or changed. You would only consider rhinoplasty if there are elements of your nose that you don't like.  From the pictures it looks to me like some tip refinement would be an attractive change, but this is only to be considered if it something you are concerned about.  Asymmetry is normal; have a rhinoplasty if you want one (choose a surgeon certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery and beware of other so-called "boards").
