I had a rhinoplasty 7 months ago to remove a hump, and i am still very unhappy with my nose, i feel it is still very large with still a tiny bump and hate how my tip sticks further out, and droops down when i smile. Also, the front is not defined along the bridge it is still very wide, and has looked the same ever since i got my cast off, is this normal? Will much change? And what is recommended to do in order to fix what i am unhappy with? Thank you in advance,
