How do I fix fat disappearing, droopiness and under eye bags after fat transfer? (Photos)

Question

Fat Transfer. Fat disappeared and I was left with eye bags. Five years ago I had a FT and it lasted well. How do I fix this. Paid for FFT to get almond eyes, fuller lips, cover under eye areas, mouth and nose folds, correct unevenness, vertical fold between brows and forehead. Results were good for a few day then disappeared now I have dropping and under eye bags and am guess older than before. How do I fix this?

You have a complex problem including cicatricial lower eyelid retraction. Best to have personal consultation for better eye evaluation and discuss of treatment in detail. You may benefit from lower eyelid retraction surgery, etc.

Based on these two photos you may be a candidate for cheek lift. There is flatness in the area of cheek and eyelid junction as well as possible retraction of both lower eyelids. A form of cheek lift which includes fixation of the elevated cheek to the orbital rim will provide both soft tissue augmentation and improve eyelid retraction. This will require a surgeon familiar with this type of cheek lift. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.

After three days much of the "results" is swelling. You just had insufficient fat placed. You fix it by putting in the right amount of fat.
