Does fat grafting to the face create pimples?

I've always had very stable skin in my life. Only when I don't remove makeup/wash face in a row, that pimples would surface. However after fat grafting to my face, I notice I have pimples popping up nonstop - while I am eating healthy and sleeping enough and regularly. This never has happened to me. I've also heard this as a side effect as face fat grafting. In your experience, is this the case and do you hear this often? Thank you!
