Can fat transplantation cause any kind of scarring or any major disadvantage? Is it a permanent solution?

My left cheek seems to have less volume than the right one. I have come to know fat transplantation can be permanent solution.

A chemical peel can be done at the same time as most other facial procedures. This would include fat grafting, facelift, brow and eye lifts. Only a Rhinoplasty would be an issue due to the bandages taped to the face.
