How long after rhinoplasty can I get my nails done?

I plan to have a rhinoplasty in the near future. Specifically, the surgeon will increase tip projection using a columella strut graft (made from cadaver cartilage). Nail salons tend to be very odorous. Can the fumes from the nail salon negatively impact the graft or the final result? thanks in advance.
