How long after BBL do I need to use foams and back triangle for? (Photos)

It is my pleasure help you with your concerns. After your surgery, it is better to use compression under your faja for at least 3 weeks, and then switch to a tighten garment. Use compression on your lower back, where the liquid can accumulate because of liposuction, also on your sides, where we can be very swollen. On your upper and lower abdomen it is important to apply compression too, it will help you to drain better and faster. You can use: Epi-Foams, Feminine Pads, surgical board and anything soft you can put to help you to reduce swelling! I hope this is helpful.  Good luck!

Use of the foam is determined by the amount of swelling you have. If you're wearing a compression garment and you still have a fair amount of swelling in certain areas, using the foam for added compression helps reduce it. The garment you wear should help smooth out the 'rolls' and if it doesn't support well enough, speak with your board certified plastic surgeon about getting a different type.Thank you for your question and for sharing your pictures!
