I do not understand why I am continuesly denied for my Brazilian butt lift?

It is hard to say why you are being denied. But to start out, make sure that you at seeing a board certified plastic surgery who is comfortable doing this kind of procedure. Thank you for your question.A doctor may deny a patient surgery for several reasons, but primarily because they feel the surgery isn't safe, or wouldn't actually give you the results you want.  In both instances, the doctors are looking out for you (and doing you a favor) by not operating.At this point, you can continue to "doctor shop" until you find one who is willing to do the procedure, or follow the recommendations of the doctors you have already seen.

A BBL might be able to be performed, but what I think some surgeons may feel is that you may not get the ideal result for you without weight loss first.
