Hello I recently got a bbl done in Miami Florida I am 5 days pistol I feel way better health wise but I am so depressed because my butt is huge the doctor injected 1550cc in each each what can I do??? In the future can I get lipo to make it go down?

It will will need a combination of liposuction and tightening. If it is relatively early after surgery then you should wait. I usually evaluate fat grafting results for breast or buttock at 3 months.

Try to be patient. Things can look really "funny" and unnatural early post op. Things will call down a lot and ~50% of the fat injected will be lost over 3-6 months. It is not really safe or the best idea to go back into surgery ~1 week after the first surgery. Your body needs time to heal.
